Nine Twenty Finance are delighted to be working alongside our Livingston based client to appoint a new Credit Control Specialist to the business to work on a unique project. 

We are looking for someone with experience of improving internal processes across AP departments to make Credit Control significantly easier, more efficient and simple. The project is expected to last 6 months. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to invent their own process' and role them out company wide!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the aged balances and present a plan to the business to collect
  • Create a process for daily collecting
    • Identify customers which may require more calls than others
  • Create a process for providing customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments and  resolve customer discrepancies
  • Review the process for invoicing Aftermarket customers to advise on improvements that could be made to improve the collection efforts.
  • Train the collections specialist overseas in the following:
    • Collection techniques specifically for UK & Irish customers
    • Training in the new processes
  • Review customer data in the ERP system and update where necessary
  • Provide excellent & considerate customer service
